Coaching Executive functions are very often a great challenge. Not only in the professional context but especially in the way of communicating to the staff, which is very often the key to the common success. Coaching is the answer! What is coaching? Coaching is a clearly defined task of consultancy within an agreed timeframe, including a specific methodology and operating strategy. Coaching is being characterised by a topic specified support through a limited number of consulting units as well as the placing of social tools in short training sequences. What does coaching do? The topics of the coaching is often being generated through the leadership and management tasks. Formation of your role as a leader, the question of the effectiveness of your work, efficient communication, the management of change management, crisis management as well as your personal carrier planning. Management leaders often undertake similar tasks as the coach in their company. By agreeing on appraisals with their staff, and together work on goals, and the path which leads to them. Different possibilities of settings: Most of the time coaching takes place in single settings, meaning the coach cooperates with the coachee and his requests. In very special cases, coaching may being arranged by the "Kieler Modell" (two coaches) with a reflecting team. The appropriate model we will choose together with you. |
