What is mediation?

The leading and the moderation of the procedure has to be done by an independent, professional and neutral mediator. It is very important that all parties involved agree altogether voluntarily on the assignment of the mediator.

The target of the mediation id to reach a win-win-solution for all involved parties in the conflict.
Prerequisite is the basic possibility and the interest of the involved parties to reach a beneficial solution for all, further the power of all involved persons to put their agreed solutions into practice.

Different possibilities of settings:
Mediation takes place in a triangle, the neutral mediator and both conflict parties. Depending on the situation is may be advisable to cooperate with two mediators, e.g. if the question of gender plays an important role.
